For the past 20 years, Ricardo has successfully managed equites, foreign exchange and fixed income portfolios close to USD 1 billion in AuM. He was elected as best fixed income portfolio manager by Standard & Poors in 2008 and received 5 stars as portfolio manager for Exame Magazine – the leading Brazilian business magazine.
Ricardo has built a solid career in Hedging Griffo, a leading Brazilian investment house later acquired by Credit Suisse. Ricardo was the youngest to make partner in the company. Hedging Griffo was well known for the asset management business led by Luis Stuhlberger, a legendary market figure of whom Ricardo was a protégé.
After the sale of his partnership to the Swiss bank in 2015, Ricardo has gathered a prime investment team to start Reach Capital, a new independent investment house.

Igor
Barenboim, PhD
COO & Chief Economist
One of the founders of Gávea Investimentos, Barenboim has held prominent positions throughout his career, both in the private and public sector, in the areas of administration and finance for the federal, state and municipal governments.
Igor was also Vice President of Capital Management and then Treasury Superintendent at Banco Itaú-Unibanco, being responsible for monitoring the bank's Treasury operations in several countries, including Trading and Banking, Compliance and Risk, IT and Middle Office.
Igor ended his stint in public life after serving as Assistant Secretary for Economic Policy at the extinct Ministry of Finance. He then joined Ricardo Campos in 2016 to start his journey at Reach Capital.

Rahmani, CFA
Research
After an internship at the Permal investment fund in New York and at Citibank in the areas of Equity Sales and Equity Research, Maurício became a partner at Mogno Capital, a company in which he worked for four years as an equity analyst covering different market sectors.
Today, he is one of the analysts at Reach Capital, responsible for the Retail and Capital Goods sectors.

Prior to joining our team, Henrique worked structuring M&A transactions at IGC Partners, in addition to leading student projects at CJE-FGV in partnership with Pragma Gestão de Patrimônio.

Pedro started his career as an M&A intern at HSBC Investment Banking and then at BR Partners. Subsequently, he worked as an investment analyst at Faro Capital, a single family-office, oriented towards Value Investing.
Today, he is a member of the Research team at Reach Capital, responsible for the Mining and Steel, Pulp and Paper, Telecom and Utilities sectors.

One of the key pieces responsible for the innovation at Reach Capital, Getúlio entered the financial markets in Fund of Funds management at Santander Asset Management in 2015/2016.
Today, he is part of Reach Capital's equity trading team.

He began his career as an M&A and Project Finance analyst in KPMG's Corporate Finance team, working on projects of national relevance under the direction of the former special secretary of the Ministry of Economy Diogo Mac Cord de Faria.
Khalil later worked as an investment analyst at Serendipia Capital, where he worked for 3 years in Private Equity and Venture Capital. He is currently responsible for the Food and Beverage, Clothing, Food Retail and Agribusiness sectors.

Responsible for the investor relations at Reach Capital, Luis began his career in IR at Blue Star Investimentos, and also worked at Scopel Empreendimentos & Obras, a allotment and infrastructure company. He then worked at Grupo Colombo under the management of Starboard Partners, being one of the team members of the company's turnaround project.
